Guest House Rules
Please read and understand the following before completing your booking. By ticking the acceptance box on any of our checkout pages you agree to abide by everything on this page.
Toiletries (e.g. shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, lotion) are not provided. Please bring your own.
Proper swimwear is required for swimming pool use.
Towels are provided per person.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the restaurant area, with limited access in rooms.
Cable TV is available unless service is disrupted by the provider.
A pet fee of ₱500 will be collected upon check-in (non-refundable).
The use of LPG, butane, rice cookers, and electric stoves is prohibited except in the Riverview Villa, which has cooking facilities.
Potipot Island is currently closed to visitors; however, boating tours for a closer look can be arranged.
Early check-in is welcome, and you may use resort facilities while waiting for your guestroom.

| Limit | Maximum of 2 rebookings, which must be utilised within 6 months of the original booking date. |
